How it Works

• Choose Your Date & Time, select an available time slot on our online booking platform. We recommend booking at least a few days in advance—weekends and holidays fill up fast!
• Payment Policy, full payment of the rental is required to secure your reservation. All payments are made by credit/debit card—no cash transactions on federal land per U.S. Army Corps of Engineers regulations.

NOTE: All rentals are reserved in 2hr time blocks. Two hour minimum.

• Cancellation Policy, Cancel five days or more before your reservation for a full refund. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. Severe weather? We’ll help you reschedule at no extra cost whenever possible.
• Deposit Policy, we’ll place a $500 hold on your credit or debit card as a security deposit; it will only be charged if there are damages or late fees.
• Liability Waiver, you’ll sign a waiver acknowledging inherent risks and your responsibility to operate the Jet Ski safely. If you’re born on or after January 1, 1986, Arkansas law requires a valid Boating Education certificate.
• Boaters License (AGFC)

NOTE: ALL drivers and riders must sign the waiver.

• Check-In Location, we’ll confirm your exact launch spot. In the 2025 season we will be launching at the Hwy 12 bridge, just East of Prairie Creek on Beaver Lake.
• Show ID & Documentation, bring a government-issued photo ID. Present your Arkansas Boating Education certificate if required (age-based). We'll confirm ALL waivers have been signed."
• Security Deposit Hold, a $500 hold will be placed on your card until the Jet Ski is returned safely and on time.

• Equipment Overview, our team shows you the basic controls of your 2025 Yamaha JetBlaster™ LTD—starting, stopping, braking, and reversing.
• Life Jackets & Gear, we provide Coast Guard–approved life jackets and whistles. Make sure your gear fits properly before hitting the water.
• Local Lake Rules, we’ll cover wake zones, restricted areas, and courtesy guidelines for sharing the lake. Ask any questions—safety is our top priority!

• Ride Duration, hourly, half-day, or full-day rentals are available. Additional hours can be purchased if the Jet Ski isn’t booked for the next time slot. NOTE: 2 hour minimum.
• Be Mindful of Time, $10 per minute that the Skis are late. If the equipment is returned more than 10 minutes late, an additional hour’s rental fee will be deducted from your deposit. If you are more than 30 minutes late without contacting us, we will notify the authorities for safety reasons. (We will assume the worst if you are late) Please be on time!
• Fuel Management, start with a full tank. You can refuel at a local marina before returning or opt for our $15 per-hour fuel surcharge if you’d rather let us handle it.

• Equipment Inspection, we’ll inspect the Jet Ski for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• Finalize Payment, if everything checks out, we will lift the security deposit hold on the same day you return the equipment, but please note that your bank may take 5–7 business days to process the release. If fuel is low and you didn’t refill, a $15 per-hour fuel surcharge will be deducted from your deposit.
• Feedback & Photos, We love seeing your lake-day snapshots—tag us on social media! Let us know about your experience so we can keep improving.

• Cancellation or Rescheduling, if severe weather is forecasted and you couldn’t ride, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no extra fee or discuss potential refunds.
• Disputes or Concerns, contact us within 7 days if you see unexpected charges or have any payment questions. We’re happy to help resolve issues promptly.
